Wiro AI uses the images solely for generating your requested content and does not retain data beyond processing requirements.

• ByteDance (via Wiro AI) - For Seedance Lite v1 image-to-video generation services via API endpoint (/Run/bytedance/image-to-video-seedance-lite-v1). Face data in try-on images is processed to create animated promotional videos as requested by you.

• OpenAI (via Wiro AI) - For vision-based caption analysis via API endpoint (/Run/wiro/rag-chat). The service may analyze images containing faces to generate contextually relevant social media captions.

Security measures for third-party transmission:
• HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit
• HMAC SHA256 signature authentication
• Secure token-based authorization
• No data is shared with advertisers, marketers, or any other third parties

These service providers process face data only for the specific services you request and are contractually prohibited from using your data for training their models, advertising, or any other purpose beyond service delivery.

Where Face Data is Stored:

• During Processing: Uploaded images are stored temporarily on secure cloud servers during AI processing (typically 1-4 minutes)
• Generated Content: Final try-on images and videos (including face data) are stored locally on your device in your private gallery
• Original Uploads: Original uploaded images may be cached temporarily on our secure servers but are not permanently stored on our servers

• Server Location: Storage servers are located in secure data centers that comply with industry-standard security practices

• Your uploaded images (including those with face data) are sent to Wiro AI, ByteDance, and OpenAI services for processing
• These services use AI models to generate photoshoots, videos, and captions
• Generated content is created based on your input and AI algorithms
• You retain ownership of content you upload, but AI-generated content may be subject to the terms of our AI service providers
• We do not use your images to train AI models without your explicit consent

Generated content may take 1-4 minutes to process depending on the type of generation requested. You can delete generated content at any time.
